We have several desk spaces available for freelancers and small companies in our spacious open plan co-working studio. Brimming with natural light and just a short stroll from the Shore and Ocean Terminal; we are surrounded by popular cafes and bars, useful amenities, and excellent bus connections to the City Centre and the Gyle. – additional shared storage (can be arranged on request);

For £200 per month (incl. VAT) you will have 24/7 access to your own personal desk space, plus all the facilities included below. If you sign up for 3 months or more, we offer a reduced rate of £170 per month.
We also have 3 hot desks available for daily and short-term rent from £20 per day, which can be booked via our online booking system. In addition, we have an annual membership discount available suited for frequent visitors.
