We a deskspace available in our Victorian Warehouse studio located in the historic Pullens Buildings near Kennington tube.
The space for rent is a large individual desk in one of two rooms in the downstairs part of the studio, includes chair and shelves for storage – see photo. The rest of the room is occupied by 4 women who run a small Nepalese woman and Childrens charity. (they’e not in Fridays and rarely all together so you get a lot of space) Very friendly vibe.
Price is £200 pcm (no VAT) which includes all bills; utilities, rates, cleaner & super fast 50mb up / 50mb down fibre broadband.
Terms are 1 month deposit and 1 month in advance ongoing by standing order. 2 months notice to quit

Access is 24/7 and the Yard is very secure with large wrought iron gates that are locked in the evenings and on weekends.
