The new workspace at the heart of the Blackhorse Lane Creative Enterprise Zone will provide 26 much-needed studios for local creative businesses, freelancers and startups. Our bright and airy studios range from 15sqm – 35sqm and are only a short walk or cycle away from Blackhorse Rd stations.
Switchboard Studios also offers the option to share spaces with other freelancers to reduce costs and allow for collaboration. We operate on 2year rolling leases with a break clause after six months and there is no deposit.
