A bright space of 215 sq ft with plenty of natural light, located on the third floor of Netil House. It would make an ideal flexible space for a creative business. The studio lies in close proximity to Netil House favourites, Netil360 roof top, Morty & Bob’s cafe as well as NT’s bar.
It is not suitable as a music/audio studio as there is no sound proofing.
