Yard Sale Pizza is currently looking for a Finance Manager to take responsibility for all aspects of our accounting function.
Currently operating from four sites we have ambitious expansion plans and are looking for an individual to join our senior management team and help support our growth.This person will be responsible for the preparation of our monthly management accounts and running our supporting systems. We have a part-time accounts assistant, outsource our payroll and have a qualified accountant on the board who will provide support for this role. Tasks include:-
day to day and month end book-keeping including the bank reconciliation, accruals/prepayments and month end journals for stock/payroll etc.
managing the accounts assistant
systems development
Liaising with the Operations Director and the Shop Managers
We have implemented Xero as our accounting system and make extensive use of spreadsheets.
