Full time Trainee Accountant / Accounts Assistant / Book Keeping

An opportunity has arisen in a city firm of chartered accountants for a high calibre candidate to train as an accountant.

Main duties will involve;

Bookkeeping,

VAT returns

Payroll

Administrative duties.

Work based competencies

   Studying towards AAT. The role can develop into an ACCA/ACA training contract

   1-2 years previous practice experience (ideally from a firm with at least 3 partners)

   Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel, Word and Outlook)

   Good knowledge and experience of Sage Accounts, Xero , Caseware Accounts

You will be:

Work Pattern:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:30pm)

Full time permanent

   Salary Package – £14,000 to £16,000 plus Study Package
