Im selling my EICR business including website and free phone number that will be transferred (there is a small monthly fee for this) Its an electrical contracting business specialising in EICRs and PAT, smoke alarm installations etc

Landlords have to have an EICR carried out every 5 years that became law 4.5 years ago that means there is going to be a very large amount of landlords ( Its estimated 65 % of Edinburgh’s property is rented) and my website is no.1 for electrical testing. At £100 per EICR and £55 Per PAT its a ready made business. Without really trying and with me being off for 3 months it pulled over £127000 in a year – when quiet its going to rocket this year
