Nursery Nurse/ assistant Lever 3 and Level 2

Rubies ChildCare is a brand new business with a slightly different edge. We provide the best quality candidates within the early years sector to the best clients. Here at Rubies ChildCare we know you are the best. Hence why we want to help you find the perfect fit.

Rubies ChildCare is like no other agency we care about you, we take time to get to know you and always remain in communication with you.

We like to have one to one talks with all our new candidates, this is more to make sure we place you into a setting that is the right fit for you.

We also have personal meetings with our clients in their place of work. We take tours around the settings and get a feel for the space. Something not many recruiters can say they do. This helps us to place the correct candidate into the right company; saving you time.

We specialise in early years roles ranging from level 2 and 3 practitioners, room leaders, third in charge, deputy manager and manager roles. For both long and short term contracts.

If you are looking for a new role or know someone who is let Rubies ChildCare be the one to find your happy ever after.
