The position:
An Arabic reading/speaking visa consultant that is able to:
Check incoming documentation for paperwork accuracy
Deliver applications to respective embassies during a submission process
Collection of documents from embassies around London
Work with customer service and operations team to deliver travel visas in fast timeframe
Present a professional image to customers in person and over the phone
Requirements:
Must be able to prove they are reliable, responsible and trustworthy
Have a keen eye for an attention to detail
Punctual and outcome focused
Great attitude to work, quality communication
Must be computer literate and read Arabic
