The apartment comprises:

– a living area with television, a dining table for four, desk, a double fold down sofa bed and a large single sofa which comfortably sleeps one; the apartment can sleep a total of five people
– a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, mini-oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, pots and pans, and utensils
– all bed linen and towels are supplied
– electric heating
– smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors

This apartment provides comfortable accommodation for two adults, and we charge an additional supplement of £15 per person per night for more than two persons staying. The apartment is strictly non smoking; pets are considered and incur an additional cleaning fee of £20 per pet.
There is currently Holiday Rental availability from 01 September on a weekly basis for £400 per week which excludes the above noted additional charges. All other service charges, bills and taxes are included. For shorter or rental periods than one week prices vary. Payment in full in advance is required to secure a booking.
