A successful and growing insurance brokerage based in Poole is looking for a proactive individual to work within their Life Insurance department. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career, and would suit candidates with a telesales background wanting to move out of a call centre environment. You would be trained to manage long-term relationships with clients and conduct face to face meetings, as well as follow up leads by calling.
The role will include:
Establish strong relationships over the phone with clients and potential clients (B2B and B2C)
Work collaboratively and provide a consultative service to ensure we find the right product to suit their needs
Look for, find and capitalise on underutilised opportunities
Work to and exceed company sales targets and KPI’s
Proactively manage your own diary and customer appointments
Capture and accurately record customer information
Work within a non-advised, FCA regulated environment putting the customers’ needs as a priority
Qualities you will need to succeed:

A mentality to look for a career not just a job
A full driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential
This position is full time, however there may be the option to work four days per week for the right candidate if you are looking for part time and have relevant experience.
