For hands on landlords, benefit from 24/7 call answering and support, leads and bookings for viewings on vacant properties which we will arrange with you to conduct the viewings (this service is only available if you have been with us for a few months), assistance if the landlord/tenant relationship has broken down with a whole host of our other fantastic benefits you get for signing up with us, all for £17.95 per month PER tenancy and if you have a HMO property, every other tenancy in the building is only £10.95 (plus VAT).
