We have a lovely double room available to rent in a clean, modern and friendly house in Walthamstow, London E17.

The rent is £120 per week for the room.

All bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, cable TV, internet etc etc) are included in the rent.

The room is for single occupancy only (i.e. for 1 person only)

The house is ideally located, being within walking distance to the nearest tube & train station.

The nearest tube & train station is Walthamstow Central which is on the Victoria Line (only 20 mins to Central London)

Walthamstow Central also has an overground train service to London Liverpool Street Station (Zone1) which takes only 17 minutes.

Walthamstow Central also has excellent bus routes into Central London and Outer London. Nearest bus stop is just 3 minutes walk away.

The house is close to local shops, fast food places, cafes, Lloyds Park and the main shopping mall & market on the High Street.

We are an English-speaking household.

You will be sharing with 3 others; 3 girls (2 Italians & 1 Lithuanian).

All are in full-time professional employment – Restaurant Manager and Graphic Designer.

We are a friendly household and we share all the house duties equally.

So you must be a clean person who is willing to do his share of house cleaning
