Garden is a lovely size and there is no houses behind the back fence but a lovely Parkland Walk.
Flat needs to be completely redecorated inside – something I was never able to do in my 18 months here.
Amazing location between Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill – 5 minutes from the lovely Stroud Green with absolutely everything you may ever need on the doorstep.
I am looking for a 2 bed flat/house in a good decorative order in Central or West London zone 1 or 2 only.
I am willing to compromise on the size of the garden in exchange for a place that does not need work and is ready to just move in and relax.
MUST have private garden even if it is small.
MUST allow pets.
MUST be either ground floor conversion or a house.
I am sorry but I am absolutely NOT interested in any blocks of flats – if a flat it has to be a ground floor period conversion with street door.
