Our home is located in Lymington, Hampshire, a beautiful coastal town on the south coast. We are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house (with garden) in Norfolk to be closer to family.
Our home is listed as a 2 bedroom first floor maisonette however, we have converted the large store room into a third bedroom. It has a lovely kitchen which has room for a large dining table and a tumble dryer. A good sized living room. It has a large double bedroom which has space for a king size bed and furniture. It also has a good sized double bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. The property also benefits from access to the loft which is above the entire property so is great for storage. The property has its own private garden to the rear, access to which is through a locked communal corridor. The property was recently redecorated throughout. It had new carpets fitted throughout in summer 2017. The property is in a quiet road which is in great location for walking into Lymington town. It is in close walking distance to the village Infants and Junior schools.
