The vendor runs the business from home, predominantly managing the back office function and employs staff to manage much of the day to day operations. The business recruits and trains its own artistic staff, with robust training and processes in place to ensure consistent quality in the delivery of the services. The number of artists employed varies from 5-6 in the winter periods up to 40-50 at peak times. Artist skills are not a requirement for the owner of the business.
