Make the title about 6 to 8 words long and try to fit in 60 characters, Appropriate, Informative, and have a few words people can search for (relevant to the ad content).
Make proper sentences in the ad description, with phrases similar to those used in the title or having the same meaning.  Find out more about what your ad is about, and try to add more information that would be helpful for the users.

Photos in an Ad.

It would be easier to call them something similar to what they are when uploading photos. Pictures often have meaningless numbers or letters that your camera or phone makes. This takes the name when our website gets a new image and uses it to identify it.
And, for instance, if it was’ IMG1023′ it will end up with a’ IMG1023′ definition for description, alt and image title. Not particularly helpful.
If it is called ‘Mercedes-S500.jpg’ it is changed as a description to ‘Mercedes S500’.
Google and other search engines are using this and in that way, the image name is much more helpful on the internet and for SEO of your ad.

The UK might not be your best choice for a Location:

Because of how our site works, it might not be your best choice to put the UK as your location.
When you pick the UK as your venue, your ad will only be seen by people who view UK advertising via location.
So let’s presume you’re putting an ad in England. It would appear (for location) under UK & England searches.
If you were in Islington (Greater London) to put an Ad.
You’d find your ad under searches from Islington, Greater London, England, and the UK.
So a good way to make sure you’re seen is to place an area where your ad is important to get further views as close as possible. Of course, if your ad is based on a higher region or the entire UK then it would be helpful. Remember this setting is also important for your ad to be properly visible in  Google Search.

Note: This does not work if users search and categorize words and phrases in your ad. The most relevant classification also allows people thinking it is much simpler.
