Boxing in the park with a personal trainer- all levels, £25

Do you want to become fitter, stronger and more self confident? Are you into effective training that is super challenging yet tons of fun? Is boxing something you’ve always wanted to give a go? Whatever your goals are, we can achieve them together.

My name is Mali and I’m an experienced boxing coach & fully qualified personal trainer, working with a wide range of clients from all walks of life. I also have a nutritionist diploma (specialising in clinical weight loss) to help those I work with make sure their food choices support their training efforts.

My coaching style is about helping you realise your potential and push you to your limits so that your body does what it’s truly capable of. As much as I’m strict in my approach, I’m fairly laid back as a person, so you can expect a lot of laughter- after all, we want to make sure that while hating me, you still have a good time!

I’m available for Personal Training in an outdoor location of your choice within London Zone 1-2. If you’d like me to travel farther, please get in touch to discuss it individually.
