Еxceptional after school nanny for 4 year old

I am looking for after school nanny for 2-3hrs per day, three days a week for my daughter. She will need to be picked up from school at 3.15pm which is 5min walk from the house. Given a snack and kept occupied until I return at 5pm. Someone who is engaging, has a decent education level that can interact well with her, multilingual and generally kind and patient is needed. Background checks will be carried out and references will be needed. £10-£12 per hour however pay can be negotiated for right candidate.
