This quiet road Cardiff Home is opposite green grass; beautiful parks and green fields. Lots of areas to enjoy walking a Dog. It is a spacious modern Home of 2 Double Bedrooms; Living Room (or 3rd D Bedroom), Lounge, Kitchen and Wet Room with Shower plus Bath, as well as a Disabled Person’s Hoist from the Rear Bedroom to Bath / Loo / Shower. Thus, 3 or 2 people at least will reside with me and they or a Carer / Nurse would be on Duty using a Bedroom. Also there is a large attic for storage with an elecric light. It is partly boarded and could be used fully. The large rear garden has a Sensor Security Light, a wall water tap and a beautiful Rose Bush, blooming from June. There is one tree and a rockery. Cardiff Airport has Qatar Airways which flies globally. Virgin Media connections are in 4 rooms for Wifi Internet and TV. Plus a Sky Dish in front of the bungalow above a gated storage area. A landline phone is available also and a Front Door Intercomm System to buzz in a Nurse etc – with a handset in the rear bedroom and lounge.
