Accounts Assistant wanted working between 20 – 25 hours per week based in Eynsham.
Preferably knowledge of Sage 50 accounts & payroll.
This position is to assist the Accounts Manager with multiple businesses, and to carry out administrative tasks around the office.
Tasks include: Entering invoices, bank reconciliations, invoicing customers, works orders, answering the phone, keeping the internal works ledger up to date with timesheets etc, weekly payroll duties, filing, covering other offices.
