Our house is situated in Frontenay sur Dive on the borders of the Vienne and Deux Sevres. A pretty and sociable village, less than 4 hours drive from Caen and 40 minutes from Poitiers airport. We are also 2 hours from La Rochelle, Limoges, Tours and Nantes airports.

Being a Maison de Maitre, it’s a grand looking house and comes with barns and 2 caves, a garden with mature and young fruit and nut trees, vegetable plot and flower garden.

The house has a separate lounge and dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, a bathroom and a shower room, 4 bedrooms, full central heating run either by oil or log burner.

The plumbing and electrics were all replaced approx 11 years ago, and the house is mainly double glazed, and has insulation.
