We would love to welcome you to our beautiful, newly acquired 4 Bedroom Executive Plus villa, (2 master en-suite), with 3.5 Bathrooms; the pool having its own bathroom and outside shower. Villa sleeps 8 plus a child.
Our ‘Disney Sunshine Villa’ is situated in the much sought after gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven. The Villa is set in peaceful surroundings with well maintained beautiful landscaped grounds in a quiet but central location in the Davenport area of Orlando. Perfectly situated close by for visiting all the attractions that Orlando has to offer. The entrance is accessed through CODED SECURITY GATES providing a safe and secure environment for your holiday rental.
Our beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom boasts a Large private SOUTH FACING POOL with multi coloured pool light and deck area which guarantees Florida Sunshine from sunrise to sunset 12 months of the year. There is ample comfortable patio furniture and the LANIA provides a shady area to eat meals al fresco or to enjoy a drink in the evening and watch the sunset. For the safety of the children the outside deck is equipped with a POOL FENCE GUARD and also has an outside bathroom with toilet and hand basin for your convenience.
The villa is set on one level and is easily accessible to all. The spacious OPEN PLAN Lounge, Dining and Kitchen area is well equipped and offers large comfortable living space. There are patio doors that lead out to the pool deck. A large screen cable TV with DVD is installed in the lounge, together with a cd radio player. There is a selection of books games and music for you to enjoy.
The GAMES ROOM has an 8′ Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and a Darts Board, TV and a CD/Bluetooth/Radio to provide hours of fun! A bar table and stools completes the experience.
THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with all appliances and essentials so will meet your every catering need. It has a Breakfast Nook with table and 4 chairs and also a breakfast bar with bar stools. There is a separate formal DINING AREA seating 6 people.
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in a separate UTILITY ROOM. All linens and towels are provided.
4 SPACIOUS BEDROOMS
The 1st MASTER BEDROOM boasts a King Size bed and has patio doors leading out onto the pool deck. It’s luxurious HUGE EN-SUITE has two single bowl vanity units, a separate toilet, large corner bath, huge walk-in shower enclosure and a large walk in closet giving ample storage.
The 2nd BEDROOM SUITE has a Queen-sized bed, double wardrobe space and an adjacent large EN-SUITE bathroom.
BEDROOMS 3 & 4 have twin beds and share bathroom.(Jack n Jill).

All Bedrooms have new Flat screen TV’s.
There is air-conditioning throughout the villa with ceiling fans in all rooms. Wi-Fi/Cable TV is provided free of charge for your enjoyment and convenience.
Our villa is looked after by Dream Villa Management who are only a phone call away. They will do all they can to make your holiday the best ever.

Villa price is for 1 week at a time.
Paypal/Bank/Card fees paid by guests. Local taxes are included, cleaning £89. The pool can be heated at an extra cost.
