This is the right place if you need a break, away from your busy city life. You’ll enjoy the peacefulness, wilderness of the Calabrian Ionian Coast, an unspoiled corner of paradise. This first floor apartment is located in the centre of Guardavalle Marina, 80 km from Lamezia Terme International Airport and 20 km from Soverato. It is 400 metres from the beach and within 300 metres from a supermarket and a number of bars, cafes and local shops. The holiday home includes 1 bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a balcony and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bidet, and a living room/dining area with a single bed, a kitchen and a window facing the building courtyard. It’s possibile to add an extra bed in the bedroom.There is no WiFi and no ac. The flat is simple but good value for money, and the owner (myself) speaks English fluently so can help you with anything you may need. I can also arrange an airport pick-up for an extra charge.
