5 BEDROOM DISNEY AREA VILLA AT HAMPTON LAKES – NEAR CHAMPIONS GATE

We have our 4-bedroom property (at Westridge) listed on here for rentals and here now is our Hampton Lakes villa. It is just off Highway 27, midway between the I-4 (Junction 55) and the 192. The 2-storey house offers guests 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite.

We actively encourage people to call us for their peace of mind as there are too many scams about with all the online booking sites. We are genuine owners and will gladly offer any information/advice that’s required.

The weekly rental rates are dependent on when you stay and include the 12% US taxes and end of rental clean. Please contact us with your proposed dates for the current availability and prices.

Large Publix and Walmart supermarkets are 5-10 minutes away by car, as are many other shops and restaurants. The new Posner Park Retail Centre is 5 minutes south by car and the 192 just 5 minutes north by car.

The villa is around 20 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Universal. You can get to Lake Louise in 20 minutes and International Drive in 15. Old town is 15 minutes away where there is a funfair, themed shops, restaurants/bars and of course the Saturday night classic car cruise. Cocoa Beach approx. 60 minutes, Melbourne around 60 minutes and Tampa 90 minutes. If you fancy visiting Miami then expect the drive to take around 4 hours.

Hampton lakes is an established community of approx. 400 homes with a good mix of rental and residential. It is a very secure and safe neighbourhood.

The house is looked after by a local management company who are always on hand should you need them. The pool and deck area has a great view across to the small lake that has an illuminated fountain at night. The villa pool features mood lighting.

Villa Layout:

Downstairs: There are two bedrooms – the master (king bed with en-suite) that looks out on to the private pool and one queen bedroom, plus a separate toilet. There is a dining area and an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar leading to a good size living room with twin sofas and additional seating. From the living room there is direct access to the private pool which has deck space with outside table, chairs and loungers.

Upstairs: Queen bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom and one with bunk beds that can be two singles or one single and one double, plus a family bathroom

Wi-Fi is provided and FREE calls within America and to Canada. The pool heating cost is £15.00 per night including tax.
