An amazing desk rental in a wonderful, private, luxury, smart media office share with one other, a female, a film documentary producer/director.

The office is very quiet, at the top floor of a smart, black and white, artistically decorated, Grade II listed, Georgian town house

The office is a 4-5 person office size, but it is currently used by just me. There are 6 other companies on different floors.

You would probably have the office to yourself a lot of the time (weekdays late afternoons/evenings, weekends).

There is a medium-sized communal kitchen with a marble round table to sit on, on the ground floor, which is free to use any time for meetings, and very smart for clients. And there is also another small, communal kitchen on the second floor with a microwave.

A large, modern, artistically decorated conference room (10+ seater) can be hired separately. It is on the ground floor with a very large, luxury, yellow wood table, glass marker boards, conference call facilities and a video link up screen display.

Coffee (latte, macchiato, expresso, Americano, cappucino etc…) from the large, industrial coffee machine and teas are free.

Available for at least six months.
