We have an opportunity available for a barber / hairdresser to rent their very own barbershop unit within our fully renovated, busy Sports bar and pool hall!
Yes we know it sounds weird, but this is an opportunity for you to have potential new customers literally inside your doorstep already!
Our customer base is around 90% male since we are a sports bar and pool hall, and why not have your hair cut while watching the football or out with your friends?!
What other barbershop in the UK has the potential of YOUR customers enjoying sky or BT sports while they wait, or a pint of beer while they wait, or an espresso or cappuccino while they wait, or even a burger or a pizza while they wait their turn for the haircut!
Make packages to include a bottle of beer? Or a package to include an espresso? Has potential to be very busy if marketed correctly…!
We are open from 11am to midnight 7 days a week, therefore you can make your OWN opening hours within these times… But we recommend being open later into the evening for example 12pm-8/9pm to get full potential…
The rent of only £185 per week includes ALL electricity, rent, rates and a brand new standalone, LOCKABLE, sealed unit within the main part of our building right next to the huge 12ft sports screen (see pictures attached).
The unit is decorated to a high standard and will be fitted with a brand new barber chair, mirror, flooring, and glazed walls and door. The unit has the potential to add a second chair if you require.
Why not maybe even rent out the second chair yourself to make most of your rental back?!
All Glazed windows around the unit are STILL to be branded as a barber shop however this can be done once a name has been decided, etc.
