We are a creative agency looking to share or rent out our new bright basement studio in Charterhouse Square, next door to the Barbican
The studio is a brand new renovation with bright, open spaces and large, spacious desks. There are two separate toilets, a private shared meeting room, with break out lounge area and a kitchen area with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc. Rates are negotiable depending on how many desks are needed.
The studio space would be perfect for a small startup or individual freelancers looking for somewhere as a creative base. From 8-27 desks available, with both short and long terms rates.
