After being online for 12 years, we are looking to sell our market leading directory based internet business. The co.uk and .com domains were purchased in 2006. We bought the business in 2013.

The site was launched in 2006, the site now sees over 22,000 users per month (tracked in Google Analytics). The traffic is organic and the very specific subject matter means that the site is recognised as a market leader. We have over 3600 Twitter followers.

Working in the B2B arena. Advertisers pay to have their company logo, description of their services and contact details on the site.

We have approximately 85 paying advertisers, plus companies/agencies paying to share their news/blogs/PR etc generating an average annual turnover of 47k (based on the last 5 years). The average monthly cost to run the site is under £200 (Email marketing platform, broadband, live chat software, invoicing software)

The site complies with GDPR, also recently upgraded to https.

The business is run on approximately 8-12 hours per week. This is mainly social media, setting up new advertisers, email marketing and publishing clients articles/news etc.

We have secured a stand at the UK’s largest business event in November. The cost of this is included in the price.
