Oven is double insulated and therefore it keeps heat for a very long time and hence it is very economical to run, so once heated up to the right temperature it will require very little amount of wood to keep it going for hours… this Oven is hand made and company who makes them is only one in UK approved by DEFRA in other words you can use this oven anywhere even in smoke controlled zones!

all you would use for this business is wood and matches, no other risky items. as I mentioned above this oven is double insulated and not as other cheap versions for sale, so when it is heated up no one can get burnt by touching it from outside, as it stays just warm even when temperature inside can go all the way up to 500C!
