This Marketing Agency has been established for over 17-years providing marketing solutions to IT vendors worldwide.

Within this role you will assist the Finance Manager to deliver financial planning and management activities, including budgeting and forecasting, reporting and compliance, and creation of value. Some of these responsibilities help this Marketing Agency meet compliance obligations. Others contribute to profit-building for the Company, and provision of financial information for Managers and Directors.

You will be personally responsible for delivering the monthly payroll for 55-employees, assist the Finance Manager with the month end process, managed the cash flow (including foreign currency) and entering accruals & prepayments.

30 – 37.5 hours per week available.

Essential Skills

Part ACCA or CIMA qualified

Previous Assistant Management Account experience

Experience of using a commercial online Banking platform

Ability to work in a fast pace environment with multiple stakeholders

Cash flow management experience

Experience of foreign currency payments and raising invoices

Advance Excel

Competent with Microsoft Office software

Sales & purchase ledger management

Desirable Skills

Experience of using SAP ariba

Previous experience of using QuickBooks

Experience of managing employee Pensions and benefits
