D&M are well established business in the Sidcup (Kent) area that are currently recruiting the role of an Admin Assistant within the Air Conditioning & Mechanical Services division to assist the current project and management team.
We would like applicants to have a good understanding of Microsoft Office inclusive of Excel, Word & in addition, be able and willing to learn the companies in house systems. A minimum of two years’ experience would be required in this role or similar. Experience and confidence talking to clients is critical and also, a willingness to work as part of an expanding team.
Job summary would include but not be limited to answering telephones, talking to clients and assisting them with any enquiries, data input, assisting projects and service team with ordering materials, booking in jobs, organising engineers, raising invoices, data collation, working closely with office manager and assisting with the day to day running of the office, assisting Director and Managing Director with any administration works and record entry’s. Sage experience would also be advantageous.
