A small established insurance restoration business seeks an enthusiastic team member ready to roll up your sleeves to do what’s needed to give our customers great service.
Initially the position will be part time working between the hours of 1:00pm and 5:00pm
If you have previous successful experience of working in frontline customer service along with an ability and willingness to learn you are eligible to apply and we would like to hear from you.
To deliver a great customer experience you will need to understand the restoration process, maintain daily contact with our client and our customer, and liaise with the restoration specialists and suppliers.
We will provide all technical training required to succeed.
