Customer service focused candidate – Outbound Insurance Sales – Brighton

Red Flag Recruitment are seeking a hard-working and customer service focused candidate to work in a busy office in Brighton, Sussex.

Working Days – Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday work (1 in 2 a month)

Salary – Basic starting at £19,300, increasing to £21,000 after 6 months + generous commission structure.

The successful applicant will require a high level of accuracy to be responsible for taking and inputting sales over the phone in a busy call centre environment. The role consists of promoting and upselling insurance and warranties with a view to maximising revenues for the company, whilst working to weekly/monthly sales targets.

You will possess superior customer service skills, including complaint handling and resolution skills. You will be working in a busy team environment and have the ability to multi task and prioritise your day.

Key requirements:

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience of making a high volume of calls

Experience of a sales target driven

The ability to manage time effectively in order to complete tasks and achieve deadlines.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
