We are looking for enthusiastic candidates looking to get into the call centre environment in Brighton.
We work with companies who specialise in customer service and sales, both business to customer and business to business, inbound and outbound.
Experience in telephone work or similar (door-to-door sales for example) is often preferable but not essential. Relevant retail experience or someone keen and personable who has finished education is equally desirable.
Hours are varied so you must be fully flexible and able to work evenings and weekends in some cases.
An excellent telephone manner and IT skills are essential.
Pay ranges from £7.83 to £15 per hour with commission and bonus incentives.
