Entry level Compliance Monitoring Officer
£20,000.00 (Fixed)
As a Compliance Monitoring Officer, you will be responsible for assisting the business monitor its activities against regulatory requirements. This will include auditing recorded calls, giving feedback and support for both Sales and Customer Services colleagues. There will also be various admin and reporting duties.

Essential Skills/Experience:
Attention to detail
Team work and ability to work with minimal supervision
Desire to update knowledge and skill set when required
Ability to self-motivate
Strong IT skills including good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Experience working within the financial services sector
Excellent communication, particularly writing/English.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring/auditing telephone calls and client files
Providing feedback on your findings
Collating information for reporting purposes
Ability to identify trends and thematic issues
To assist with the handling of complaints both over the phone and in writing
Maintain accurate records and files
Maintain a good level of personal presentation
