Has anyone ever told you that you’re outstanding at what you do? Do you live and breathe the delivery of first class customer services? If you do, then we need to talk, as we’re looking to hire the ‘Best of the Best’.

We’ve experienced rapid growth over the past year and as such we have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and passionate leader to take responsibility for our customer services and administrative support functions.

You will fully support some small teams by demonstrating first class customer service techniques, identifying skills gaps and training needs as well as setting training and development plans. You will identify, monitor and retrain team members to provide continued development, delivering feedback in a positive and encouraging manner.

The role is busy and diverse, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times. Our Student Support team maintains regular client contact, books venues, courses and accommodation, handles occasional complaints and liaises with awarding organisations. They also ensure courses are filled to optimum levels. You will also oversee our Accounts team, who maximise revenue collection and maintain efficient support processes. Our Tutor Support team provides technical support to our students as well as marking case studies and portfolios. Exam results are analysed and recommendations are provided to ensure our high standards are maintained.
