Young, enthusiastic and fit person required to work on a remote West Coast of Scotland Sporting Estate. Boat access only. Applicant will be required to work along side the Headstalker during the red deer stalking season and also during the off season carrying out various Estate maintenance jobs. It is very important that the applicant has the ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own and also has the ability to use their initiative in all circumstances. A clean driving license is essential. Stalking season duties will include going up the hill daily, deer extraction, larder work and client interaction. Off season duties will be various and include: servicing of vehicles, boats, machinery some tractor work including spraying and cutting fields, feeding of livestock, accommodation maintenance etc. A firearms certificate, a chain saw certificate, the level 1 and the level 2 deer stalking certificates would be helpful but are not essential. The job potentially could be a full time job, but would start with a 6 months trial period. The above position is available straight away!
