BOOKKEEPER ASSITANT – INTERNSHIP (FASHION COMPANY)

BL^NK is a fashion company based in Shoreditch (E2) which has been founded more than 10 years ago.

We have 2 different labels, BL^NK and CONDITIONS APPLY.

We are working with customers in over 30 countries across Europe, US and Middle East.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Assisting the bookkeeper in various task.

Key tasks would be:

Chasing customers by email/phone to get payments – ensuring customers pay on time.

Processing all debtors payment and creditors invoicing in SAGE.

Preparing payments.

General office duties.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Excellent communication skills.

Very confident over the phone.

 Excellent written and spoken English.

Excellent computer and administration skills.

Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

Ability to work towards targets, goals and tight deadlines.

Able to successfully work under pressure.

Willingness to go the extra mile.

Very Organized with attention to detail.

Knowledge of SAGE Line 50 would be advantage though not essential as training will be given.

DETAILS:

This position is for Part Time (2-3 days) internship, starting ASAP.

You must have permission to work in UK.

Hourly £7.90
