Due to an increase in workload our client, a national charity, is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator with excellent customer service skills.
Initially to run for 12 weeks but could be extended.
You will be providing excellent customer service to new supporters of the charity. You will not be undertaking any cold calling.
Your duties will include:
Receiving and making calls in response to enquiries from potential supporters.
Input accurate details onto the computer system.
Amend supporter details as required.
Handle and resolve queries.
You will need:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong administration and computer skills.
Team player.
Based in Poole working Monday to Friday 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. with pay rate of £8.45 per hour.
