Due to company growth our client is seeking an experienced Administrator with excellent customer relationship building experience.

You will provide proactive support to maintain a high standard of customer service.

Your duties will include:

Building effective customer relationships to enable the promotion and delivery of our client’s services.

Communicating with key customers on a regular basis.

Acquiring a thorough understanding of the key customer needs and requirements.

Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner and in the required format.

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints/issues in line with any agreed KPI’s/SLA’s to maintain trust.

Keeping customer account information up to date.

Be the first point of contact – answer telephones and progress enquiries.

Produce quotations, process orders and issue invoices.

Administer calibration scheduling and finished good dispatch equipment.

You will need:

Previous customer service / administration experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in CRM and Microsoft packages.

Highly organised and self-motivated individual with initiative.

Flexible, diligent, with a high degree integrity.

Based in Lymington working Monday to Friday 37.50 hours with flexitime available plus free parking.
