Experienced Customer Service Consultant – German speaking

CCA International has an exciting opportunity for multiple Customer Service Consultant’s – German Speaking to join our friendly, dynamic team based in Ringwood, Hampshire. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and you will receive a competitive starting salary of £21,537 per annum with the opportunity to earn a £1000 Bonus.

Skills required to become a Customer Service Consultant – German Speaking

– Fluent in German

– Good written and spoken English skills

– Friendly telephone manner

– Good Customer Service Skills

– Ability to quickly establish rapport with customer/prospect through the use of approachability, empathy

– Relay & provide information whilst paying close attention to detail

– Ability to respond to customer queries and complaints via email or letter in both English and German

– Ability to remain positive, courteous & professional at all times

– Deliver the FCA guidelines and fundamentals of the call the client requires. At all points making sure the customers is treated fairly

– Ability to communicate and empathise and a real willingness to help

– The ability to stay focused and controlled, ensuring all core elements are addressed methodically
