You will be expected to:
Financial Administration Support
To check, process and record payments received from Customers accurately on back office systems
Issuing refunds – preparing correspondence and cheques for signing, and updating back office systems
Processing Chargebacks and updating back-office systems
Processing Direct debit mandate amendments and cancellations, and updating back office systems as necessary
Dealing with Financial Enquiries raised by other teams
Responding to items in the Financials Inbox as directed by Manager and within agreed timescales
Client and customer engagement
Dealing with escalations and customer financial/refund enquiries
Liaising with the Client as necessary
To support the contact centre in a professional and timely manner
Other financial administration support as directed by the Finance Operations Manager or CFO
To follow the Finance Manual, SOP’s and Business Rules, at all times
Remain professional at all times – positively influence external perceptions of the company
Contribute to overall department targets through processing within timelines set to ensure performance indicators are met
Positively contribute to the development of processes through effective communication and feedback

Essential Skills
Good MS office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
Use or understanding of Finance systems would be an advantage
