Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £35,000 — £40,000 Per Annum

Are you an experienced IT Manager with strong skills in Windows server and Networking? Would you be keen to take the next step in your career by progressing into a role that involves a wide variety of activities from general internal IT support to development and process management?

We are working in partnership with a growing company based in Bournemouth who are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join their dynamic and innovative team.

As an IT Manager, you will be managing a small team of 2, ensuring the team members are motivated and able to support the technologies in use and responsible for the day to day running of the IT Service Desk, ensuring incidents are resolved effectively within the agreed timeframe. You will be a point of escalation for all things IT related and accountable for creating and operating IT policies. This role will involve strong technical input with excellent experience in a Windows-based environment and Networking.

You will be offered a competitive salary up to £40,000 Pro rata which could be negotiated depending on relevant skills and experience. Other benefits include 30 days holiday including bank holidays, a half day every Friday, pension, medical scheme and a fantastic working environment in offices in central Bournemouth

Essential Experience:

*Windows Server or Firewall

*Experience in managing a team

*Windows Server Technologies or Cisco Networking Technologies

*Microsoft Office 2008/2012/2016

*Office 365 (licensing, setup, migration, administration)

*Active Directory, Group policy

*DHCP, DNS

*Networking experience covering LAN/VLAN/WAN technologies

*Experience diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults and issues

Desirable Skills:

*Experience in Information Security Management System (ISMS)

*IP Telephone system

*ITIL Framework

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am – 5:30 pm
