We are looking for an experienced mortgage broker to add to our team. You will be working with a well-established real estate agency that has 9 offices across Norfolk and Suffolk. All leads, back office and compliance support will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. You will be the main port of call for the companies’ clients offering them independent advice from the whole of the mortgage market. This estate agent prides itself on its low turnover of staff and the repeat business from existing clients.

OTE £50k per annum

Requirements:

– You must be fully CeMap qualified with a minimum of one-year experience writing mortgages.

– Have experience of providing mortgage advice within a regulatory framework.

– Ability to work independently.

– This is a self-employed role, so previous experience of being self-employed or the mentality of doing so is essential.

– Excellent verbal and communication skills.

– Evidence of sustained sales success and compliant practice.

– Ability to manage time efficiently.

– Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.

Role:

– Provide mortgage advice from the whole of the market.

– Provide mortgage advice and services to new and existing clients.

– Provide clients with comprehensive recommendation packs, including KFIs and in line with company’s best practice.

– Meeting with clients to assess their financial circumstances including completing fact finding.

– Sourcing a mortgage, sometimes using specialist software such as Mortgage Brain.

– Completing application form for clients.

– Looking after your client’s affairs in an orderly and compliant manner.

– Advising clients on what mortgage is appropriate for them.
