A global health and fitness company is looking for a Sales and Support Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be pivotal to the continued growth of the business and success of the teams that they are supporting. You will provide full sales and service support function to the Customer Experience Managers to maximise impact within regions. You will have proven experience with high volume scheduling, data management, sales support and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

Supporting new customers accounts by performing credit checks, issuing agreements and planning full support and contact strategy

Providing correct information, reporting and database management when requested

Following up on marketing requests from customers and issuing logins

Effectively completing competitor analysis on specific club customers and providing reports to management as required

Identifying opportunity gap with current clubs and programme uplift

Carrying out mystery shops within clubs for the purpose of market research

Researching instructor information in regional areas and by working closely the team to come up with training/recruitment solutions

Communicating research findings to management and wider team for the use of presentations, newsletters, dashboards and meeting summaries

Working collaboratively management to ensure sufficient new business meetings are generated each month to meet business needs

Planning regional seminars including organising venues and trainers and work with management to maximise opportunities and outcomes

Follow up after calls, meetings and send proposals when requested

Acting as the direct contact for instructors regarding all aspect of the instructor experience

Answering all inbound calls and emails are answered regarding modules, quarterlies and registrations etc within two working days

Supporting campaign initiatives in phone and email responses

Generating new Instructors through outbound calling

Ensuring all interactions are accurately recorded within Sales Force

Keeping accurate records of calls completed, meetings set and progress of insight seminar attendances

Proactively supporting and contributing to all department tasks as required

Essential Skills and Experience:

A minimum of two years customer service experience

Extensive administration experience and skills; excellent attention to detail

Ability to build and maintain relationships and provide support

Ability to develop new systems and processes to ensure team success

Desire to develop project management skills

Proactive, uses initiative and can function independently

Interest in the health and fitness industry
