Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, fixed term basis of 1 year and will receive a salary of £35,000 per annum plus benefits.

The Data Analyst role:

You will be required to support the Quality Assurance Manager in ensuring compliance data, processes and documents are comprehensive, accurate and fit for purpose by providing a QA function for the Technical Compliance and Quality directorate. You will review and refine data and processes through collection and interpretation, develop recommendations and present options. You will also monitor and improve data and reporting methods and embed them into working methods.

Responsibilities of the Data Analyst:

– Analyse requirements for documents, data, databases and processes to support the continuous improvement of sound compliance practices and support the development and implementation

– Reviews all frameworks, metrics and procedures and collaborates with stakeholders to develop and maintain performance metrics, methods and targets

– Interprets data to identify problems, causes, and areas for which procedural or system changes are indicated

– Monitors and interprets results of performance reports

– Assists in ensuring that the defined processes are used consistently and as designed, creating consistent data outputs

– Assists in ensuring that QA processes are in place, regularly reviewed and updated

– Work with service teams to outline the specific data needs and document business rules

– Support the provision of information and post inspection data to Asset Management/Service Delivery teams to support contract management processes

– Provide data for Ad hoc investigations and reports into incidents and compliance events

– Carry out administration tasks as required

Skills/Experience required by the Data Analyst:

Essential

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

– Adept at eliciting requirements, queries, report writing and presenting findings

– Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team and on own initiative

– Ability to demonstrate strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work to a consistently high standard in multiple initiatives simultaneously and to meet deadlines

– Intermediate/Advanced level of Microsoft Office

 Desirable

– Knowledge and or experience working within projects/change environment

– Experience with SQL or Tableau and advantage

– Housing Experience
