For Sale Profitable Greeting Cards Shop

Description

Type : Sell

Warranty : No

Location : Smethwick, West Midlands, UK

Profitable card shop for sale. Shop has been open for just over five years. The shop is in a group of shops including post office two doors away, convenience store nearby and several other shops.

Would suit a married or young couple who could perhaps run shop together. Some scope to improve takings and profit which I will discuss with any potential buyer. The shop is leased and lease expires July 2019.
