As a regional hybrid online estate agent based in Rossendale, we offer a full high-street selling service but with discounted online agency selling costs.

For our classic package, we charge a fixed fee for a property of any size and price, of £750 VAT exempt.

We also offer an auction route. There is no estate agency charge for the seller, as the buyer pays all the related sale costs. The seller does have to pay for an up-front legal pack, to enable it to go to market via auction.

The main reason we got into this industry is our strong desire to help people make the move, as cheaply and efficiently as possible.

In just over 5 months of trading, we have 14 properties on the market, with 2 already completed, 2/3 about to go under offer, and 3 valuations booked in this week so far.
