 (Fixed)

Description

Type : Sell
Warranty : No
Location : Hertfordshire, UK

This business provides a wide range of property maintenance services to its blue-chip client base, on a regional basis. Sectors served include the retail sector, hospitality, construction, the charity sector, local authorities and also a number of national Facilities Management companies. Many of its client relationships extend over 10 or more years.

Services are provided by teams of directly employed remote engineers, mostly located throughout the South and Midlands, capable of covering the full range of building, electrical and plumbing requirements. Work is scheduled via a 24 hour helpdesk, utilising technology to efficiently allocate work to the engineers.

The vendor works full time in the business but is well supported by a management team, capable of looking after operations on a day to day basis. Having owned and run the business for over a decade, the vendor is looking to return to property development and hence is seeking a sale.

The business consistently generates revenues in excess of £3M and an adjusted EBITDA of c. £375k to £400k. The Guide Price sought for 100% of the shares is £1.5M, with a debt free, cash free basis Balance Sheet to include a Net Asset Value at Completion expected to be c. £500k.

The purchase will be an attractive acquisition for larger trade buyers looking to increase their resource coverage on either a geographic or skills basis and seeking access to additional blue-chip nationwide clients. Additionally, the business will suit an individual looking for a well-managed stand-alone enterprise with a robust business model.
